Hey church,

I hope you’re having wonderful hot summer days! A couple of days ago, my little boy Theodore forgot to wear his arm floaties and jumped into the water. Well, he doesn’t know how to swim without his arm floaties, so he was drowning a little bit. Guess what? This is exactly what happened to his sister Tehillah when she was 2. Why did they do that? I will say that they didn’t know where the “help” was coming from.

I hope you can listen to the message, but here is Psalm 121 for you. I highly encourage you to spent some time this week on reading Psalm 121 slowly and meditate on it. I pray this become a reminder for all of us, especially when we’re asking this question; Where does my help come from? 😊

I lift up my eyes to the mountains—
where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth.

He will not let your foot slip—
he who watches over you will not slumber;
indeed, he who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.

The Lord watches over you—
the Lord is your shade at your right hand;
the sun will not harm you by day,
nor the moon by night.

The Lord will keep you from all harm—
he will watch over your life;
the Lord will watch over your coming and going
both now and forevermore.
